Welcome to Adri’s video series, a dancer who fractured her ankle. This series will consist of a total of nine videos. This one corresponds to Part 8.

In this video, Adri moves through the tourist area of the old town, with historic streets and many stairways—both going up and down. This will not be a problem for Adri, as she has been using crutches for nearly half a month.

Her cast is signed and decorated with drawings made by herself and by friends. The cast has been with her for several weeks, so it appears dry and rough, though not dirty. In her daily routine, she usually covers it to avoid getting her fingers dirty, staining the cast, or, in her own words, “showing her feet for free in public.” In the video, she is not wearing a sock, and her toes are visible. Both the swelling from the injury and a bruise on the exposed instep can be seen.

The video mainly includes frontal and rear shots, as well as zoomed-in views. She is shown walking through the streets and going up and down stairs multiple times. At one point, she also sits down to rest and shows her cast and toes up close while talking about them.
