This Russian girl dislocated her ankle a couple of weeks ago and is now wearing a cast. Her situation is that she has very little mobility in her toes or her knee, as she also injured her knee in the fall. Her toes stick out and look swollen; in fact, there is an abnormal gap between them due to the swelling. To make matters worse, she can barely move them because her injury is still so recent.
In the video, she massages and rubs them while talking about her injury, fracture, fall, etc., while lying in bed. She also uses crutches, moving around indoors with great skill in the kitchen and around her house. Even while using crutches, she carries plates and household items in one hand without falling.
She also goes outside on crutches. The speed at which she moves is surprising, but unfortunately, getting into her car, a high SUV, requires some assistance, so the cameraman carefully helps her get in.
