Welcome to Adri’s video series, a dancer who fractured her ankle. This series will consist of a total of nine videos. This one corresponds to Part 6.

Throughout the video, Adri wears a sock on her casted foot the entire time. She uses a long, thick sock, which she adjusts and puts on in different ways during the video.

The video takes place entirely outdoors on a sunny day. It contains very long scenes of her walking along the street with crutches while she talks about her injury, how it happened, about wearing a sock over the cast, and about how people look at her while she is walking around with a cast.

She also stops several times to rest, during which she puts the sock on in different ways, massages her toes, moves them, scratches inside the cast with a marker, writes something subtle on her cast, and raises her leg onto the crutch. All of this is combined with close-up shots and zoomed-in footage. Finally, in the last scene of the video, she removes the sock and her swollen toes are visible for a few seconds.
