The video begins with Sofia lying on the sofa with her legs raised on cushions and pillows. She is wearing socks at the beginning while she talks with her friend, and a few minutes later she asks her friend to remove them. Her friend gently takes them off and gives her a massage while they talk. After the massage, they start doing ASMR with the casts, tapping them with long fingernails and speaking softly.

After the ASMR, Sofia begins to lift her legs and do some stretching while they talk about the feeling of being in casts, what plans they could make, and about her casted feet.

After all this, Sofia lies face down to help reactivate circulation while she moves her toes for a while. Then she turns over and, while smoking, raises her legs again on cushions and pillows to keep her casted legs elevated. Meanwhile, her friend signs and draws subtle designs on her casts with a marker. She also tries to place stickers on the casts.
