The video follows Pame, a young woman recovering from a foot injury, as she goes for a walk outdoors using crutches. With her curly blonde hair and casual outfit, she carefully makes her way along paved paths and dirt trails, wearing a black ankle brace on her injured foot while keeping it out of the shoe.
Surrounded by a beautiful mountain landscape with the sea in the distance, Pame continues walking despite the discomfort. Along the way, she takes a break on a bench, removes her brace and gently massages her foot, talking about how uncomfortable it is to keep her foot covered all day. She suggests letting it breathe and wearing a sock instead.
After resting for a while, Pame puts herself back together, gets up and continues toward the street before getting into a white car.
