The video follows an office worker recovering after a motorcycle accident. Her leg is in a cast and she is wearing a neck brace because her neck is still sore. Despite the injury, she is committed to her job and decides to get ready for work anyway. She puts on her office outfit, wearing a high heel on her healthy foot, and heads to the office.

Once there, she moves around the large office space using crutches. She walks through different areas such as the kitchen, the dining area, and the vending machine zone. Because of her injuries, her movement is clearly limited—her leg is immobilized in the cast and her neck brace prevents her from turning her head. Instead, she can only move her eyes or slightly shift her shoulders to look around. Even so, she manages to move surprisingly efficiently with her crutches.

As she walks through the office, she talks about her situation and how people react when they see her. She mentions the curious looks, the comments from coworkers, and how unusual it feels to move around the workplace in this condition. She also talks about her daily routine and how she is adapting to working while injured.

Eventually she reaches her private office, where she sits down at her chair and explains how she positions herself to work comfortably. She raises her injured leg and rests it on top of the desk. Then she removes the high heel from her healthy foot, which helps her relax, even though it tends to attract more attention from people passing by.

She also removes her neck brace for a moment to rest her neck, although doing so causes some discomfort. While sitting at her desk, she explains how she manages to work, the different positions she uses to stay comfortable, and how she adapts her routine while recovering. The video includes close-ups and shots from multiple angles during this part.

Finally, she stands up again and continues moving through the office with her crutches until she reaches the relaxation area, where she lies down to rest, bringing the video to an end.
