The video begins with Lorena leaving her house, using crutches along the hallways until she reaches the street and gets into the car. Then the video continues with Lorena in a parking garage, climbing a set of extremely steep stairs with crutches until she exits the underground parking area and reaches the street.

She walks with crutches along a street in the old town of a city and enters a large café, where she sits down on a sofa. She raises her casted foot and massages it, moves it, taps the fiberglass with her fingernails, and finally takes the camera from a first-person (POV) perspective, showing close shots of the toes of her cast for several minutes.

After that, she walks with crutches inside the large café and sits at an old-fashioned style table, where she talks about her cast, about whether she feels embarrassed when people look at her, about her foot, and related topics. She speaks in both English and Spanish, naturally mixing both languages without losing fluency.

While she talks, she poses, lifts her leg onto a crutch and onto the table, and moves her toes. After these shots, she stands up and walks with crutches while posing inside the café, and finally sits at the café bar, taking selfie-style photos while moving her cast and her toes.
