In this video, Ekaterina has both legs in casts that extend high up her thighs. One cast is white and the other is black.

At the beginning, she is lying on the bed with several pillows under her legs to keep them elevated. Then her friend appears, and they talk throughout the video about what it feels like to have both legs in casts and other related topics. Her friend shows a lot of curiosity during the conversation.

While they talk, Ekaterina moves the toes that extend out from the casts.

She then removes the pillows with some difficulty and turns onto her stomach, showing the casts from a different angle. At times, her friend taps and scratches the casts with long fingernails, creating a very distinctive sound.

There is also a long POV (first-person) shot showing her red-painted toenails and the full length of both casts. She is not only lying still—she also stretches, crosses her legs, and uses her hands to lift her heavily casted legs.
