Daniela has ruptured her Achilles tendon and is wearing a fiberglass cast. She has a fresh French pedicure, and throughout the video she speaks in English.
Daniela leaves her house, making her way down several extremely steep steps using one crutch and hopping on one foot. Afterwards, she heads to the car and goes to a mall, where she joins the queue at a coffee shop. She picks up her order and uses her crutches inside the mall until she reaches her table, where she lies down on a sofa with her casted foot elevated.
Afterwards, she starts talking while moving the toes of her foot. She talks about many different topics, including you, the cast-loving community, her injury, her life, and more. Later, she changes position and sits on a chair, elevating her foot on another chair, allowing a clearer view of the sole of her casted foot while she continues talking until the end of the video.
