After calling for help and enduring more discomfort, she finally manages to elevate her leg. She attempts to move her toes and stretch the large, rough sole of her foot. Naturally, she asks for a foot massage, saying the pain is unbearable. The massage itself is painful but also brings her some relief, as she mentions during the scene.
