Daniela has ruptured her Achilles tendon and is wearing a fiberglass cast. She has a fresh French pedicure, and throughout the video she speaks in English.
She invites us to join her on a shopping trip as she makes her way through the mall using crutches. She visits several stores, tries on a pair of high heels, and after finishing her shopping, she gets back into the car. With a camera cut, the scene transitions to a waterfront promenade in Miami.
Near the ocean and surrounded by lots of people, Daniela continues walking with her crutches. She even climbs onto a wide, elevated wall and carefully moves across it using her crutches, despite the considerable risk of falling from a significant height.
However, the video isn't only about the crutches. There are several close-up POV shots of her cast and the freshly pedicured toes of her injured foot. In another scene at a café, she removes her sandal, rests both feet on the table, and gently wiggles her toes.
